Camila Grimaldi (she/her) is an Argentinean-American filmmaker based in Brooklyn.

She produces under her banner Ser Nocturna, a production company she co-founded with her fellow Latinx producing partner Arielle Friedman. She has produced short films that have screened at festivals including Sundance, SXSW, Woodstock Film Festival, Montclair Film Festival, and Cleveland International Film Festival, and produced music videos for Atlantic Records, Universal Music Group, and Mischief Management. She is a Film Independent Producing Lab fellow.

As a director, Camila focuses on characters and relationships with bite. Her latest short film, Breadwinner, screened at HollyShorts, New York Latino Film Festival, Bushwick Film Festival, and Middlebury New Filmmakers Festival, amongst others. She has several projects in development, including a feature based on Breadwinner —a horror film about a blood-thirsty sourdough starter.
